The court found that the appellants, Enterprise-Laredo Associates, Enterprise Development Associates, Meyer Steinberg, Robert James, Lone Star Mall Associates, Related Lone Star, Inc., and The Center Company (collectively referred to Enterprise) breached the lease agreement and violated the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Enterprise challenges the courts rulings with respect to the actual damage award and the declaratory relief.
